Consider Leveraging These Platforms To Grow Your Business

Leveraging online platforms has its advantages, and can help you grow your business. You can reach quite a good number of people, and gain visibility.

I'll be talking about four platforms to leverage and grow your business: YouTube, Email marketing, Blogs, and Ebooks. Without much ado, let's get into it.
YouTube

For YouTube, you'll know when you're ready to start out and begin making consistent quality videos for your audience. If you're good on and with the camera, or you're good with presentations, running a YouTube channel is one you should consider for your business.

When making YouTube videos, choose quality over quantity. Share your knowledge and expertise as you focus on a specific audience and topic. As a content creator on YouTube, consistency is key, as you keep your audience engaged and collaborate with other creators. As a YouTuber, also look for ways to monetize your channel, keep promoting it, and drive traffic to it.

Email marketing

Email is another strategy that many creatives utilize to generate leads. The first thing you have to do is to build an email list. Collect contacts, that include emails, register with an email marketing platform. Examples are MailChimp, and Convertkit, amongst many others. Use AI and specialized software to understand your audience, demographics, behaviour, and interests.

Create quality content that sparks interaction, send newsletters regularly or promotional content if you have something valuable to offer. As you create these emails on a consistent basis, make sure to include a call-to-action (CTA) that your audience can act on to make a sale.

Blogs

These days, blogging is used as an essential part of inbound marketing. It drives people to your website, telling them about what you do, and what you offer. Inbound marketing is a digital marketing strategy that helps in attracting customers to your business by creating useful content and experiences that are more personalized. Make sure to do proper analysis, and track your progress to utilize this strategy effectively.

Ebooks

If you're the type that has a wealth of knowledge to dispense at length, you can consider documenting them by writing books. Today, more and more books are sold online on platforms like Amazon, Gumroad, Sellfy amongst others, and many of them are ebooks. Why? It's because of its advantages. Ebooks are easily accessible, portable, easy to highlight and insert comments or notes, and can be read aloud using an audio reader. By utilizing ebooks, you can build credibility with customers, create a loyal community around your brand, nurture and guide leads toward purchases.

Finally

Having said all these, stay social, and maintain an active online presence. Be committed to growing and developing your brand. Track progress, gain valuable insights and data to drive sales and revenue. Be dedicated to constant and never-ending improvement, and it can only get better for your business. Cheers!

Striking A Balance Between Physical And Online Events

Search engines, blogs, and social media platforms offer a vast array of information at minimal cost or none at all. It is in this light that there is a rise in the volume of content consumed, and the volume of content produced on social media. This has seen a rise in creators as they emerge being involved with "new media".

New media refers to products and services delivered digitally to its audience that provide information or entertainment using smartphones, computers or the internet. New media is known for its ability to engage the audience, making a form of interaction. Some examples of new media include: blogs, mobile apps, social media networks, streaming services, websites, etc.
Digital resources which are served online offer a wide scope of view with diverse perspectives. Creators get to share reviews, analysis, and experience.

With the availability of sufficient information online these days, you get to learn at your own pace, or with work/learning groups.

Today, Developers are making it more seamless to utilize digital resources and tools with increased ease of use.

Both physical and online meetings have their pros and cons. Utilizing each as a preferred choice will depend on the context, purpose, and preferences of the participants.

Most folks value face-to-face interaction, socializing, networking, and instant feedback. However, the distance, cost of getting to the venue for the event, and timing may be some of the major challenges.

For online meetings, they are flexible, cost-effective, and can accommodate large numbers of participants. On the flip side though, there could be technical issues, difficulty in sensing or carrying the audience along, lack of focus or engagement from participants.

Finally

To manage both, a hybrid approach is welcomed, meaning you can combine physical and online meetings for flexibility and involvement of more folks. Be clear about what you want to achieve with the event, then engage.

Cheers! Have a good one.
